Why does it take 3 to 4 weeks to receive Pre-order items
Each piece is hand made and made to order. Then it needs to pass quality inspection. We try our best to send out your order for delivery as soon as we can.
What happens if my order contains Pre-order items and in-stock items?
We will fulfill your order partially. In-stock items will be processed in 1 business day. When we receive your Pre-order items we will fulfill the remaining order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. you will receive a tracking number for your order. If your order contains Pre-order items then you will receive two tracking numbers. The first one for in-stock items and the second one when we receive and ship out your pre-ordered items. Which usually takes around 3 - 4 weeks.

Order tracking
Depending on the shipping option you chose when you placed your order over the phone we can provide tracking information. The tracking number will be sent out in the email you receive once your items are shipped out.
