How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive one email when we accept your order and another email once we ship it out.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on when you contact us we can cancel your order. We usually start processing your order 2 hours after payment is made. We can't cancel your order if it contains pre-order items and we already started production.

Can I edit my order?

Yes we can edit your order. For Pre-order items we can't cancel if we already started production.

Can I order personalize the products in my order?

Yes for an additional charge we can create a custom piece based on our online items. Contact us

Why does it take 3 to 4 weeks to receive pre-order items?

Each piece is hand made and made to order. We try our best to send out your order for delivery as soon as we can.

Returns questions

Can I return items I don't like?

It breaks our heart whenever one of our customers aren't delighted with our products. Because we make each item made to order we can't offer refunds or returns.

How do you handle returns on products that are defective or damaged?

All pieces are inspected with quality control in our overseas factories and rechecked again in the United States before sending out to our customers. We ensure the pieces being shipped are in great quality. However, our products can suffer damage during the shipment process. Because our products are custom made or made to order we can only offer in store credit. Depending on the product we will require you to send us the damaged item/s or provide photos of the damages. We use these images to further improve our production and shipping processes.

Do you offer refunds?

All our items are custom made so we can only offer in-store credit only for items that you have received damaged or defective.
